Designing competency-based medical education for resource-constrained settings.

I trained as a physician, then moved into medical-education research and product — an MSc in International Management and Finance along the way — which means my research doesn’t stop at describing the problem: my first study proposes a concrete, cost-aware framework for OSCE design in small-cohort Caribbean medical schools, with EPA implementation and faculty-development frameworks currently in development as the next studies in a four-part doctoral research program, alongside product work in ed-tech.
